Council Candidate Hopes to Add a 'Bit of Diversity and a New Perspective'
Nicole Tobias is running for Winder City Council against incumbent Bob Dixon and Barrow Journal columnist Lorin Sinn-Clark.

A candidate wants to add "a bit of diversity and a new perspective" to the Winder City Council.
In a campaign blog post on Barrow Patch, Nicole Tobias describes herself as a "do-er, an educator, and a problem-solver."
Tobias lists three projects in which she would like to participate:
1. Improving the downtown streetscape.
2. Increasing the utilization of the Winder Community Center and Jug Tavern Park and Pavilion.
3. Providing support and raising awareness for the local non-profit and human service agencies and resources available for Winder residents.
