Enjoy fellowship and a potluck lunch at Piedmont Georgia's YMCA Winder branch. Â It is also a time to learn about how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Â
All seniors (55+) are welcome. Â The event is free, but participants are asked to bring a dish to share. Â "Lunch and Learns "occurs on the third Thursday of every month.
