• Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful Plants the Seeds for a Successful Treecycling Event (metroatlantaceo.com) — Buford residents can recycle their live Christmas trees at Fire Stations 24 and 29 between December 26 and January 21, then see them turned into mulch for local parks in late January. Trees must be completely undecorated and real, and volunteers ages 14 and up are needed for the January 24 Bring One for the Chipper event in Lawrenceville.
