The Cherokee County School District on Thursday evening welcomed 40 businesses and organizations from throughout the community to its Partner Up networking event!

Participants met one-on-one with leaders from CCSD’s schools at the annual networking event to share coffee and conversation about school partnership opportunities. Superintendent of Schools Dr. Brian V. Hightower also attended the event to meet with partners.
The Cherokee County Educational Foundation sponsored the event, including gift card door prize drawings, which were won by Laurel Gross with ScholarTrek LLC and Lisa Pelletier of Georgia Dog Advocates Inc. Alma Coffee and Nothing Bundt Cakes Woodstock donated refreshments, and the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce also participated in the event.
