Cherokee Man Faces Child Sexual Exploitation Charges

BALL GROUND, GA — A 43-year-old Ball Ground man is facing child sexual exploitation charges after authorities say they found child sexual abuse material on his cellphone.

Authorities on Friday arrested Christopher Grauso at his Ball Ground home after the discovery on his cellphone, the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office said Tuesday.

Grauso was arrested on charges of three counts of sexual exploitation of children and was booked into the Cherokee Adult Detention Center, authorities said. He was released on a $24,000 bond the next day, authorities said.
