Easter Sunday Events in Canton

Happy Easter, everyone!

Churches across Canton and Cherokee County will be opening their doors and their hearts for worshippers this morning to celebrate one of the most hallowed days on the Christian calendar.

If you are new to the area or would like to experience a different worship atmosphere, Canton-Sixes Patch has compiled a list of services in the area today:

• St. Clement's Episcopal Church is hosting Easter Sunday Services at 8 a.m.
• Sutallee Baptist Church will offer its Easter Sunday Service at 9:45 a.m.
• The DoubleTree Hotel at 1075 Holcomb Bridge Rd in Roswell is hosting an Easter Sunday Brunch at 11:30 a.m. There will be made-to-order omelettes, rosemary roasted lamb, and a waffle station! Don't forget about the yummy desserts, either!
• First Baptist Canton will be holding a sermon entitled, "HE LIVES - Come Celebrate!" at 8:15, 9:30, and 11:00 a.m. Tony Nolan will be the guest speaker at this event.
