- The Canton Police Department is warning drivers of a road closure that could impact their travel plans. The Cherokee High School Homecoming Parade is scheduled to begin Wednesday at around 4:00 p.m., and all roads along the route will be closed. - While graduation rates throughout Georgia are on the rise, metro Atlanta students remain constant. Georgia’s high school graduation rate has increased since 2o21, going from 83.7 percent to 84.1 percent. Students in the metro Atlanta area, including Canton and Sixes, achieved a graduation rate of 84 percent. The national average rate of graduation is 85.3 percent. (Decaturish.com )
- National chain ALDI is pulling two falafel products after a multi-state outbreak of E coli. Earth Grown Vegan Traditional Falafel and Earth Grown Garlic & Herb Falafel products are being recalled after suspected exposure to the E. coli strain.
