- If you're an entrepreneur living in Cherokee County, there are resources for you through the Cherokee Office of Economic Development (COED). From educational meetings to networking events to a co-working space downtown and lots in between, they are a great support to local businesses. One of their ongoing events, Fresh Start Mornings, is free and open to the public - it meets today at The Circuit, 1 Innovation Way in Woodstock, and it's a chance to receive feedback, learn and make connections with other locals. The networking starts at 9 a.m., and the scheduled program starts at 9:15 a.m. Today's meeting will feature three speakers working in the film industry, Kim Mross of All Things Wild North Georgia, Kelly Sirois of Atlanta Hollywood Acting Studios and Molly Mercer, Camera Ready Liaison at COED.
