Meet A Future Leader In Canton-Sixes: Rosemary Bragg
Patch and T-Mobile have partnered to highlight young people achieving great things in our community.

The future of Canton-Sixes is looking bright, thanks to the incredible young people working to strengthen our community. In partnership with T-Mobile, Patch is proud to spotlight future leaders like Rosemary Bragg, who are making a positive impact in and around Canton-Sixes.
Rosemary, an Eagle Scout from Canton, has demonstrated outstanding leadership and dedication through Scouting and community service. She comes from a strong Scouting family and says she was inspired by her father and uncle—both Eagle Scouts—and eagerly joined Scouts BSA as soon as the opportunity arose.
For her July 2024 Eagle Scout project, Rosemary chose to restore and improve the Wildlife Action Nature Trail in Acworth, a place she had used as a homeschooler and saw as a valuable resource for local students and outdoor enthusiasts. She replaced signs, cleaned sections of the trail, mapped the area, and installed a kiosk at the trailhead with updated maps and information.

“A lot of homeschool groups use the trail, and as a homeschooler myself, I saw it as a great resource,” Rosemary shared in an interview with Enjoy Cherokee.
Her work was recognized by Wildlife Action of Georgia in a Facebook post.
