- Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services revealed new street signs on Thursday, Sep. 8, in honor of Justin Hicks and his wife Amber, who were killed in their Cobb County homes last year. Justin served as a firefighter with Cherokee County from 2015 until his death. The new street names are Justin Walk, Hicks Circle, Amber Walk, and Jacob Avenue located at the Cherokee County fire training complex. (WSB TV)
- Does your little one love cars, trucks, and all kinds of automobiles? Don't miss "Touch-A-Truck" on Sep. 17 at Cherokee Veterans Park in Canton.
