CANTON, GA -- Cherokee County's Path & Post Real Estate team is expanding into the bustling commercial territory of metro Atlanta.

The company announced Wednesday that its new team is ready to serve the growing northern metro area of the city.

“Having both a residential team and a commercial team at Path & Post Real Estate enables us to serve the entire live, work, and play community,” Path & Post CEO Becky Babcock said.

The new team includes Mike Pennington serving as commercial director and Paul Thomas working as a commercial specialist.

Pennington brings 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, along with an MBA from Kennesaw State University. Thomas has more than 20 years experience in commercial real estate, having earned designations as a commercial sales specialist and graduate of the Realtor Institute.

The commercial team will specialize in the north metro Atlanta market, where both men are active in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and Cherokee Association of Realtors. Their extensive backgrounds encompass experience with public and private transactions, including industrial, office, retail, healthcare, parks, land and multi-family deals.
