CANTON, GA – ERA Real Estate, a leading global real estate franchisor, named real estate agent Becky Babcock’s Path & Post Team of Canton-based ERA Sunrise Realty winner of the 2015 Jim Jackson Memorial Award for 1st IN SERVICE®.

Path & Post was also recognized as the top all-around team for completing most transactions and generating the most commission revenue in the country for ERA.

Babcock and business partner, Brad Nix, accepted the awards during the ERA Real Estate International Business Conference in Orlando. Babcock is the founder and CEO, while Nix serves as the managing director for Path & Post.

The Top All-Around Team award is based on the following criteria: total units closed, total adjusted gross commission, usage of ERA tools, and customer satisfaction survey results.

Jim Jackson winners, named after the ERA Real Estate co-founder and former president, are honored for their consistent demonstration of high customer service qualities, based on customer satisfaction survey results and sales productivity. Finalists must have achieved an average 20 percent or better survey return and an overall satisfaction rating of 95 percent or higher.
