Soleil Laurel Canyon Enters Closeout Phase

CANTON, GA — Southeast Capital Companies recently announced it's moved into the closeout phase at Soleil Laurel Canyon, perhaps the largest active adult community in Canton and Cherokee County.

Acquired by SEC in 2008, Soleil Laurel Canyon is a 947-home community in Canton that's "become the hallmark for excellence in planning, design and marketing of a 55-plus adult community," the company said. The 750-acre community along Ga. 140/Reinhardt College Parkway features a 30,000-square-foot clubhouse, a lagoon-style pool, a community garden and greenhouse, a 3.5-acre fishing lake, a tennis facility with a full-time USPTA-certified teaching professional, and resort style activities throughout the year.

Soleil Laurel Canyon is also adjacent to The Fairways of Canton, a 18-hole golf course. Each of the homes at Soleil at Laurel Canyon are designed for easy living, with single story plans, as well as two story homes, all offering master suites on the main.
