Friday was National Love Your Pet Day, the “unofficial” holiday set aside to give your pets some extra tender love and care.

We asked Cumming residents to send in photos of your beloved pets, and received quite a few responses.

One resident, Rebecca E. Capes, even shared the heartwarming story of how her cat, Princess Gracie Hope, became a part of her life.
