Boil Water Advisory in Northern Forsyth
The advisory will remain in effect until Monday afternoon.

Some Forsyth County residents will need to boil their water for the next day as a water main break has caused a potential contamination of the local water supply.
WSB-TV reports that a vehicle hit a fire hydrant in the vicinity of Bannister Road on Saturday morning, causing the water main break. The break has affected homes and businesses within a two mile radius of Mockingbird, Elmo, and Bannister roads.
The boil water advisory went into effect on Saturday just after noon and will remain in effect for 48 hours, meaning the advisory should be lifted around noon Monday.
