Bungling Burglar Breaks Into 2 Homes, Already Had Ankle Monitor
A bungling burglar was arrested Sunday, while already wearing an ankle monitor from Hall County, after breaking into 2 Forsyth homes.

FORSYTH COUNTY, GA β Forsyth County Sheriff's deputies arrested a bungling burglar Sunday who was caught, already wearing an ankle monitor from Hall County, after breaking into two Forsyth County homes, they reported.
Justin Riley, 23, faces two counts of burglary and entering auto. Riley's bond was set at $44,360.
Around 1:15 a.m., South Precinct deputies responded to a home in Ivey Walk Subdivision after a report of an unidentified man inside the home. The unidentified man had run from the house when he was discovered by a resident. On his way out of the house he dropped $420 that was later found to have been taken during an entering auto of an unlocked car in the homeownerβs driveway. Deputies quickly set up a perimeter and called for a K-9 to search the area.

Approximately 30 minutes later, deputies responded to another home in the subdivision. They were called to the house because an unknown man was repeatedly ringing the doorbell. When deputies arrived, they found an open basement door and began to clear the home where they finally found the unidentified man hiding in a basement bathroom.

Deputies arrested him after a brief struggle, they said.
"Once again, with the help of great information homeowners provided coupled with attentive work by our Deputies, another bad guy is quickly taken off FOCO streets!" reads a post on the Forsyth County Sheriff's Facebook page.
