Documents containing personal information of customers at the former Cumming dealership were not properly disposed, according to a report.

CUMMING, GA -- A former Cumming car dealership allegedly disposed of sensitive customer information by throwing it in a dumpster, a Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office report says.

A deputy was sent to the former North Atlanta Motors site at 1605 Canton Highway just after noon on Dec. 10 after a woman noticed paperwork in a dumpster and notified authorities, according to the report.
