  1. Nearby LifeSouth is in critical need of rare blood donors. A local patient, suffering from sickle cell disease with acute sickle cell crisis, needs ongoing blood transfusions. African American blood donors are more likely to be a match for the patient. To donate blood for this patient, visit the Cumming Donor Center. (Monroe Local News)
  2. The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office announced a fatality after Monday's vehicle crash. A 16-year-old Cumming girl was in the single-car crash at Haw Creek Road on Monday night. According to authorities, the girl was not wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene. (Cumming Patch)
  3. This Friday and Saturday, enjoy the IPRA Rough Stock Rodeo. Held at the Cumming Fairgrounds at 8:00 p.m. each night, attendees will consist of Bareback Riding, Bull Riding, Barrel Racing, and Saddle Bronc Riding. Doors open two hours before showtime.
