  1. Forsyth County is progressing towards becoming a "4 Minute City" (4MC), focused on the swift response to cardiac arrests. Over 300 Avive Connect Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) are being deployed, and the Forsyth County 4MC Cardiac Arrest Rapid Engagement Team members are now equipped with mobile AEDs, poised to offer immediate assistance to cardiac arrest victims upon 911 dispatch. This initiative aims to provide lifesaving help before EMS arrives, enhancing community safety. (Forsyth County, Georgia)

A recent Lambert High School graduate (located in nearby Suwanee), Vinayak Menon, played a crucial role on Team USA in the World Schools Debating Championships, securing a first-place victory — for the first time in the United States since 1994. The event was held in Vietnam, and Menon's efforts were instrumental in leading Team USA to triumph in the prestigious world debate championship. (Subscription: Forsyth County News)
