Forsyth County Senior Services Seeks Holiday Gift Angels

Forsyth Senior Services invites everyone to be a holiday angel to a senior citizen by participating in the 2018 Holiday Gift Angel Program.

FORSYTH COUNTY, GA – Forsyth County Senior Services invites everyone to be a holiday angel to a local senior citizen by participating in the 2018 Holiday Gift Angels Program.

β€œThe Holiday Gift Angels Program is a great way to make the holidays special for someone in the
community,” said Senior Services Director Ruthie Brew. β€œDuring the holiday season, the gifts provided help remind our seniors that someone is thinking about them.”

To become a holiday gift angel:

1. Pick up a gift request tag at any of the three Forsyth County Senior Services locations.
β€’ Center at Charles Place, 595 Dahlonega Street
Open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
β€’ Sexton Hall Enrichment Center, 2115 Chloe Road
Open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
β€’ Hearthstone Lodge Community Center, 7305 Lanier Drive
Open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

2. Acquire a gift. Each gift request tag lists the name of a local senior citizen along with a gift idea for him/her.

3. Bring the unwrapped gift – in a gift bag with the gift request tag attached – to any of the three
Forsyth County Senior Services locations listed above weekdays by the end of November.
