Paul B. from Duluth says: “Service was great! The bartender Kat is really attentive and nice. The food was treated with good Irish love. My friend and I stopped in for lunch and got the lunch only specialties, “the Santa Anna” and “the Vinny de paulo”. It was delicious unlike big corporate chains. We then proceeded to get the martini cobbler dessert. I would visit again if I was in cumming. Side note: this establishment is only for 21 years old and up. It’s a free smoking bar.

Nancy K. from Woodstock says: “Decided to try something new for lunch/dinner and decided in this place. We’ve had Irish pub food before and this was much better. Our family had the pretzel and beer cheese app, fish and chips, bangers and mash and the buffalo cheese fries. Everything tasted good and we even did dessert. The bread pudding was very tasty. The location is easy to get in and out of and there are a few cute shops in the area too. The inside decor was outstanding. It was really pub-like. Overall a very nice meal and atmosphere.”

Summits Wayside Tavern, 525 Lake Center Pkwy, Cumming | 3.5 stars

Jerry L. from Cumming says: “This was a great find. Two visits thus far and we are hooked. First there are many great appetizers. We love the fried pickles, kimchi fries, German pretzel with cheese (awesome mustard) and buffalo dip.First visit I tried the corned beef. That was really good. On my second trip I tried the mushroom Swiss burger. I was surprised when the burger arrived. It was huge! And I did enjoy it!! The menu is varied with lots of different types of food. They have deli items like corned beef and pastrami sandwiches, fajitas and quesadillas, huge selection of burgers, salads and other items. Then there’s in insane selection of draft beer!!! There are about 170 selections tonight but it can be as much as 200-250!!!”

Hop Alley Brew Pub, 25 S. Main St., Alpharetta | 4 stars

Alessandro N. from Suwanee says: “Came here for dinner on a Thursday night and was pleasantly surprised. The selection of in house brews is surprisingly many and the ones that I had tasted really good. My favorite was their version of a German Weissbier and their Irish sour was a close second. The food here was pretty good following the styling of a new age american gastropub. My favorite part of the meal were the sweet potato fried, if you come here you must get them they are some of the best I’ve ever had. All in all a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone out there looking for some good food and good beer.”

Rick Tanner’s Grille & Bar, 5810 Bond St., Cumming | 3.5 stars

Mauricio A. from Peachtree Corners says: “After hearing about the famous “chicken fingers” raved by locals, me and some coworkers decided to come try it a couple months back. Long story short, we like the place a lot. Since i’m only in this area for lunch i stick to the lunch salad, which comes with the chicken fingers (delicious) and my coworkers get the chicken finger plate with fries (I’m trying to be somewhat healthy, ha!) Service is prompt and we have never had an issue. We’ll still come here once every other week. Try it out! Plus they have homemade brews on tap!”
