Man Struck by Car in Critical Condition
The man was attempting to cross Post Road when he was hit by an oncoming vehicle, deputies said.
CUMMING, GA -- A man is in critical condition at a local hospital after he was struck by a car while trying to cross a road in west Forsyth County on Friday afternoon.
The man, whose identity has yet to be released, had just exited a vehicle and was walking across Post Road near Notting Hill Drive when he was struck by a Nissan, spokesman Epifiano Rodriguez tells Patch.
The driver of the Nissan was not injured in the collision, and Rodriguez says deputies do not plan to file charges against him.
