Roswell police on Friday said a judge earlier this week signed four arrest warrants for Taiwo Sobamowo, 32.

Roswell officials have charged Sobamowo with identity fraud, forgery in the first degree, theft by deception and practicing as a professional registered nurse without a license.

Authorities say Sobamowo allegedly applied for the position of a clinical care manager and was hired by Roswell-based Homestead Hospice.

Roswell police say the company provides contract nurses for Peachtree Christian Hospice -- the same facility where Bobbi Kristina Brown spent her last days.

Sobamowo has been in custody at the Forsyth County Jail since November on similar charges.

Forsyth County sheriff’s deputies and the Duluth Police Department in November issued warrants for Sobamowo, who was subsequently arrested Nov. 2 by police in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Forsyth investigators charged Sobamowo with practicing as a registered nurse without a license, felony identity fraud and felony forgery charges. Duluth officials issued warrants for one count of practicing as a registered nurse without a license.

The investigation into Sobamowo began when Forsyth detectives discovered she was allegedly working as a registered nurse at Gracemont Assisted Living in unincorporated Cumming.

Forsyth detectives contend the Buford resident allegedly “provided fraudulent credentials under a different name to gain employment,” the agency previously told Patch.

Duluth police began its own investigation after they were notified by Forsyth officials of their findings. Its own probe revealed that there was no license or registration on record through the Georgia Board of Nursing for Sobamowo.

“The licensing information being used by Sobamowo belonged to a metro Atlanta medical professional who was not aware her identity had been stolen prior to the Forsyth County investigation,” Duluth police previously said. “She has confirmed to our agency that she did not know the suspect or allow her license information to be used by anyone.”

Duluth police said the facility in its jurisdiction provided information that Sobamowo allegedly provided services as a contract worker through Homestead Hospice.

Furthermore, Duluth investigators state documentation obtained through Sobamowo’s employments records show she attended a medical college in Washington, D.C. However, authorities have not been able to confirm if Sobamowo attended school at that institution.

Sobamowo was tracked down in North Carolina through a rental car with a Georgia tag. Raleigh police confirmed Sobamowo rented the car “under one of her alias names,” and subsequently arrested the woman on the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office’s warrant.
