Over 40 Employers to Participate in Northeast Georgia Career Expo

Here’s some good news for those who are are searching for a new job. The Northeast Georgia Career Expo is slated for Tuesday, March 31 in Cumming, and over 40 employers will be on site to meet potential job applicants.

The career expo, sponsored by the Georgia Department of Labor, Lanier Technical College and the Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce, will give employers an opportunity to recruit qualified, skilled employees. Jobseekers will have a chance to meet employers and explore their career options.

Employers who would like to join the roster, can contact the Georgia Department of Labor’s Janet Chapman at 404-272-4470. The deadline to register is March 27.

The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Lanier Technical College’s Forsyth Conference Center, located at 3410 Ronald Reagan Blvd. in Cumming.
