Growing manufacturing company looking for an experienced Print/Production Finisher. The right candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be HIGHLY organized and able to manage in a fast paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Responsibility to minimize any potential delays in the process.

·         Take responsibility to pass jobs for quality.

·         Ensure the equipment is maintained to the highest level ensuring optimum performance

·         Strive to continuously improve process efficiency, eliminating unnecessary costs from the business.

·         To ensure appropriate hand-over's are provided between departments.

·         Must undertake key tasks / objectives as required from time to time.

·         May also be required to fulfill duties of a floating crew member, who is not fixed to a machine.

Requirements

·         Preference of 2 + years of experience in the printing industry

·         All purpose Bindery Journeyman experienced in all facets of finishing, including but not limited to … cutting / folding / booklet making

·         Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly

·         Positive, energetic personality and an ability to remain flexible with changing requests

·         High level of accuracy and an eye for detail

·         Knowledge of Order process flow and printing industry
