Recycle Your Electronics in Cumming Oct. 26
Accepted items include computers, stereos, cell phones and more.

Make a positive impact on the environment this fall by recycling your old electronics during the upcoming Keep Forsyth County Beautiful's βE-Recycleβ event.Β
Set forΒ Saturday, Oct. 26, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., it will be heldΒ at the Cumming Fairgroundsβ Parking Lot No.Β 3, off Castleberry Road. Β
Accepted items for recycling include laptops, stereos, CD players, cell phones, microwaves, cameras and more. The minimum donation per carload drop-off is $5 while an additional $10 fee will apply for each television. Β

βWe are very proud to offer this event to the community,β Environmental Program Manager Tammy Wright said in a news release. βBy recycling their old electronics, residents can remove unwanted items from their home while also making a difference in our environment.β Β
Some items, such as wooden console televisions, projector televisions, toaster ovens and refrigerators, will not be accepted during the event. See the complete list aboveΒ or call 770.205.4573 for more details.
