Buford Highway Open After RV Fire (Update)
The vehicle fire caused traffic delays at a nearby intersection.
A vehicle fire blocked a portion of Buford Highway in Cumming on Tuesday afternoon.
Firefighters battled the fire on board an RV at the intersection of Buford Highway and Trammel Road while sheriff’s deputies handled traffic control duties, the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office reported on Facebook.
The roadway was re-opened just after 1 p.m., deputies said.
