  1. Last week, Cumming First Baptist held a packed Good Friday service. Hundreds of worshippers still attended after the service had to be relocated from the Lou Sobh Amphitheater to the church thanks to inclement weather. Click through to see a collection of photos from the service. (Appen Media)
  2. An aging wellness expo is planned for active seniors in Cumming. Forsyth County Senior Services' 19th annual Forsyth County Aging Well Expo will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, Apr. 20 at Lanier Technical College. The event is free to everyone. Attendees will have the chance to visit with over 70 vendors from senior living, legal services, and more. (Press Release Desk)
  3. Sunset Sessions start this weekend from the Collection at Forsyth! Each weekend, attendees have the chance to listen to live music performed by local musicians, purchase their favorite glass of wine and appetizer, and enjoy entertainment on the green. On Fridays and Saturdays, events run from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; on Sundays, stop by from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (The Collection At Forsyth via Facebook)
  4. Registration is open for Pinecrest Academy's summer camps for children! The Cumming-based camps aim to teach new skills to children aged 5 and up while building virtue, confidence, and friendships.   5. The Cumming Arts Center is inviting the public to vote for their favorite three artworks for the upcoming Calendar 2024. The online voting process is now open until Apr. 23, and can be accessed via the sawneeart.org website.
