The personal finance website GOBankingRates used data from the Zillow Home Value Index and U.S. Census Bureau population data to find the places in all 50 states where houses are a steal.

According to Zillow, the average single-family home in the United States is valued at about $367,711. Compare that to $59,311 in Cuthbert.
On Wednesday, a home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms was being sold for $75,000 in Cuthbert, according to Realtor.com. A three-bedroom, one-bathroom home was on the market for $58,110.

The houses may be cheap, but what’s the community of Cuthbert like?
With a population of 3,045, Cuthbert is the county seat for Randolph County.
“This vibrant city is rich in history and culture, and is home to some of the most welcoming people you’ll ever meet,” read the city website.
