- Sept. 6-8:Β The New London Theatre inΒ SnellvilleΒ is playing βBorn Yesterdayβ in three shows. (8 p.m. Friday and Saturday; 2:30 p.m. Sunday; $10-$15).Β
- Saturday, Sept. 7:Β Jimmie Vaughan and the Tilt-A-Whirl Band plays the Peachtree Point Amphitheater,Β BufordΒ (7 p.m., $36-$58). Jimmieβs late brother Stevie Ray Vaughan was a blues legend, and Jimmieβs pretty spectacular himself.
- Saturday, Sept. 7:Β The British Car Fayre in downtownΒ NorcrossΒ is one of the metro areaβs largest show of British motorworks. Thereβs live music to boot. (10 a.m.- 3p.m., free).
- Sunday, Sept. 8:Β The Georgia Bridal Show is at the Gwinnett Center nearΒ Duluth, featuring the Southβs best in everything wedding-related. (12 p.m.-5 p.m., $9-$10).Β
- Sunday, Sept. 8:Β The fifth annual Lawrenceville Fall Festival comes to the grounds of the Gwinnett Historical Courthouse with food, arts & crafts and lots of family fun (11 a.m.-7 p.m., free).
- Sunday, Sept. 8:Β Outdoor music fun at Music on Main Street in Lilburn (2 p.m.-8 p.m.).
- Saturday, Sept. 7:Β βMen in Black 3β is the selection for B98βs βB @ the Moviesβ in Suwanee Town Center. Bring a blanket (but no booze). (7 p.m., free).
