• Suspect Killed In Gwinnett Police Shooting ID'ed (patch.com) — A 39-year-old Dacula resident, Brent Elvin Ivy, was identified as the man fatally shot by Gwinnett officers after a late-night chase that ended in Peachtree Corners. Investigators say Ivy rammed a patrol car, fled, and was shot after allegedly pulling and pointing a handgun at officers. No officers were injured, and an autopsy is planned at the Gwinnett County Medical Examiner’s Office.
