Deadline To Participate - 30th Annual Memorial Day Parade in Dacula

The deadline for getting your entry into this year’s parade is Friday, May 12, 2023. Your completed entry form and fee (if applicable) must be received / postmarked no later than midnight on May 12, 2023. A maximum of 90 parade entries will be accepted. No Exceptions! The theme for this year’s parade is “Resting as Heroes”.

The parade steps off promptly at 10:00 a.m., rain or shine, on Monday, May 29, 2023 from Hebron Baptist Church located at 202 Hebron Church Road.

Same parade route but in reverse direction. This year the parade will again stage at Hebron Baptist Church, proceed up Hebron Church Road to Second Ave, turn left on Wilson Street, turn left on Dacula Road and end back at Hebron Baptist Church.

The annual Dacula Memorial Day parade is one of the most high profile events in the metro Atlanta area on Memorial Day. It is important that we take this opportunity to honor the sacrifices of the men and women who died guarding our precious liberties and way of life. Our goal is to see that today’s youth understand the significance, importance and meaning of Memorial Day.
