Here are the top three stories today in Dacula:
- Gwinnett County Elections reports between 15,000 and 20,000 election challenges have been eliminated from further scrutiny. The challenges were eliminated after it was determined the individuals whom had ballots delivered to them were legitimate. VoterGA is leading the election challenges and has submitted 37,000 challenges. (Reuters)
- Gwinnett County Police have identified the woman who was killed on Indian Trail Lilburn Road on Wednesday morning. Sadie Ware, 66, was struck by a teal/green truck or SUV while crossing the road. The driver fled from the scene of the crash. The department is conducting a thorough investigation. (WSBTV)
- As of Thursday evening, the Gwinnett County Police Department is still searching for Jean Connie Jackson-Williams, 65. She has been diagnosed with dementia and was last seen on Sunday near her home on Kentshire Place in Lawrenceville when she had gone for a walk. Anyone with information about Jackson-Williams' whereabouts is asked to contact the department immediately. (Fox 5 Atlanta)
