• Violation of Code: [.04(4)(c)1(iv) ] Ice cream cakes in freezer do not have covers of any kind. Food covered. Food must be kept covered to protect from contamination.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
• Violation of Code: [.04(6)(f) ] Pulled pork, gravy and chili all below 135F. Foods had just been put out so they were reheated. All hot held potentially hazardous foods must be maintained at 135F or above.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
• Violation of Code: [.04(6)(g) ] Cheese, cream, turkey etc. were not date marked. Foods were date marked. All potentially hazardous foods that are held for 24hrs or more must be date marked.  Corrected On-Site.  Repeat Violation.
• Violation of Code: [.04(4)(k) ] Pitcher with handle in the cream stored in bucket of cream. Cream was discarded (also not date marked unsure of date). Handles must be stored above the level of the food when stored in the food.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
• Violation of Code: [.07(2)(m) ] Back door does not self close. Outside doors must self close in order to prevent insects, pests and rodents.  New Violation.
• Remarks: If date marking violation occurs on the next inspection facility will be subject to closure. A reinspection will be required and all fees apply.

• Violation of Code: [.04(4)(c)1(i)-(iii),(v),(viii) ] Raw fish stored over berries and vegetables in freezer. Storage rearranged. Foods must be stored in such a way as to prevent contamination.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
• Violation of Code: [.07(6)(g) ] Chlorine sanitizer above 200 ppm. Sanitizer buckets and sink remade to proper levels. Chlorine sanitizer must be maintained from 50-100 ppm.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
• Violation of Code: [.07(5)(k) ] Front door propped open and back had screen door which is not self closing and does not close all the way. Doors must be self closing and kept closed to prevent rodent and insects from entering.  New Violation.
