School inspections:

• Violation of Code: [.04(6)(j) ] Observed hotdog buns in freezer not mark as per the variance. PIC discarded items. Advised PIC out of date bread in freezer must follow variance policy.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.

• Violation of Code: [.05(6)(a) ] Ice buildup in the walkin freezer: floors, ceiling, shelves, food packages. Maintain equipment in good repair.  New Violation.

• Violation of Code: [.03(5)(c) ] Employee changed gloves while working with food and did not wash hands between glove changes. Had employee wash hands and change gloves. Must wash hands between glove changes while working with food.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
• Violation of Code: [.04(4)(m) ] Sanitizer bucket stored on floor. Had employee store up off floor. Must store sanitizer bucket up off floor.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
• Violation of Code: [.04(4)(n) ] Employee with gloves on picked up some bread that he dropped on floor and threw it away. He then went back to prepping food with no glove change. Must use gloves for one task and change out when possible glove contamination may have occured.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
