Judge, 3 Others Indicted In Gwinnett Hacking Case: Report
Gwinnett Superior Judge Kathryn Schrader, DragonCon co-founder Ed Kramer and two others are accused of hacking Gwinnett's network.
LAWRENCEVILLE, GA β Four people, including a Gwinnett County judge and a convicted child molester, have been indicted on charges of hacking the county's computer network, according to a media report. Superior Court Judge Kathryn Schrader and the three other defendants have each been charged with three counts of criminal trespass, WSB-TV Channel 2 reported.
The others include two private investigators, T.J. Ward and Frank Karic, and Ed Kramer, the co-founder of DragonCon and a convicted child molester, the TV station reported.
The judge is accused of allowing the two private eyes and Kramer to monitor her work computer, allowing them to interfere with, remove data from and βalterβ the network, according to Channel 2.

Prosecutors allege that Schrader ordered the wiretap because she believed District Attorney Danny Porter was monitoring her computer. Porter denied to Channel 2 that he had hacked the judge's computer.
Channel 2 reported that an outside judge will be brought in to handle the case. Scharder, Ward and Karic were released on bond Wednesday afternoon, but Kramer was denied bond and remained in the Gwinnett County Jail.
