Man Shot Dead, Three Injured At Gwinnett Apartment: Police

GWINNETT COUNTY, GA — One man is dead and three other people injured in connection with a Wednesday-morning shooting at a Buford apartment complex, authorities said.

Just before 2:30 a.m., Gwinnett police answered a “person shot” call at the Preston Hills at Mill Creek Apartments on Buford Drive. When they arrived at apartment 1607, officers found one man dead in the kitchen. Three others — two women and one man — were taken to a local hospital with unspecified injuries.

Investigators still don’t have a description of a suspect, according to a spokesperson for the Gwinnett County Police Department.
