Here are the top three stories today in and around Dacula:
- Missing 13-year-old Sean Ayling has been located safely. The missing Gwinnett County teen was located in the Norcross area. Ayling had been missing since Sep. 21. He has been reunited with his family. (WSBTV.com)
- The Gwinnett County Fire Department reports that seven individuals were displaced after an early Monday morning fire. The incident occurred in the 3300 block of Hidden Forest Drive in Snellville shortly before 4:00 a.m. Thankfully, no civilians were injured during the incident. One firefighter did, however, sustain a minor injury during the response. His injury was treated at the scene. (Fox 5 Atlanta)
- A series of Gwinnett County varsity football games have been moved to tomorrow. The schedule change is meant to avoid weather issues that may occur due to Hurricane Ian's impact.
