No Injuries or Damage Reported After Gas Leak at Fish House Restaurant

Fire crews were dispatched to the business on Sept. 2.

A Sept. 2 gas leak at the Fish House restaurant on Old Fountain Road did not result in any injuries or damage according to fire officials.

According to Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Services public information officer Lt. Colin Rhoden, crews were dispatched to the business at 6:48 p.m. Monday in response to a report of a gas leak.

A Dacula Patch reader reported seeing several fire trucks at the location.

"Crews made entry to the restaurant and found the source of the leak to be a burner on the stove," Rhoden wrote in an email to Dacula Patch. "The fire crews turned off the burner, ventilated the structure, secured the business then returned to service. There were no injuries reported and no damage reported."
