Now its foreclosing on people (wsbtv.com) — Homeowners in Dacula’s Daniel Park subdivision say their HOA has issued more than $400,000 in fines and begun foreclosing on some properties, prompting calls for change. Residents are demanding financial transparency, access to records, and a proper board election, while the HOA’s management insists it is following Georgia law and its governing documents.
