Retired Film Developer to Be Laid to Rest

The 82-year-old Dacula woman loved sewing and gardening.

Joyce B. Workman, 82, of Dacula, passed away Saturday, Sept. 7. 

The retired Kodak film developer loved growing flowers and tomatoes. She also enjoyed sewing.

Workman was preceded in death by her husband Leonard Workman and her son Barry Hunt. She is survived by her children: James Patrick and Peggy Reed Hunt and Melody and Eddy Wade; sisters: Mary Delaigle, Nina Evette; grandchildren: Jeff and Nicole Hunt, Sherrie and Robert Edwards, Jason and Kelly Wade, Matthew Wade and Nick Wade; great-grandchildren: Emilie  Hunt, Cortney Fugate, Andrew Edwards, Cameron Wade, Ronnie Wade and Jesse Wade.


The funeral service is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 9 in the Lawrenceville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Gwinnett Memorial Park, Lawrenceville.
