Scarecrows Coming to Mountain View
Help a worthy cause by taking part in an upcoming competition.
Help support the Mountain View High School band program and the special education department by participating in a scarecrow decorating contest.
Local businesses, clubs and other organizations are encouraged to create a scarecrow to enter in the contest. A map of the scarecrow locations will be distributed and area residents can visit the participating businesses to vote on their favorite submission.
Voting will be held Oct. 1-17 and awards will be distributed on Oct. 19 at the MVHS fall festival.
