- Gwinnett County Commissioners have approved a new SPLOST intergovernmental agreement with its 16 cities. The county will now move forward with a referendum set for the November ballot. The agreement will distribute the expected $1.35 billion in taxes collected over the six-year period. (Gwinnettdailypost.com)
