- According to the Paulding County Sheriff's Office, 17-year-old Carson Nathanial Kennedy was charged with murder after the shooting death of another 17-year-old over the weekend. Kennedy turned himself into deputies on Sunday evening, Sep. 25, and was booked into the Paulding County Jail. (Fox 5 Atlanta)
- Paulding Rides For Wishes is on Oct. 8 at Veterans Park at Paulding Co. Courthouse. Beginning at 8:00 a.m., the ride will take place rain or shine. (Paulding County Gov)
- Katie Wall, who recently lost her two sons in a Paulding County house fire, thanked the community for helping her raise money through the GoFundMe. Katie Wall said 17-year-0ld Robert Deaton and 13-year-old Caden Deaton were "brilliant, fiercely loving, intelligent and funny, each in their own way. It has been an honor to be the mother of these two amazing souls." (WSB TV)
