4 Women Stabbed Applebee's Server, Stole Tip Money: Police

An Applebee's server was stabbed once by one woman and punched several times by four women during a brawl, police say.

MCDONOUGH, GA – McDonough Police are searching for four women they say stabbed an Applebee's server and robbed her tip money Tuesday.

Four women were captured on camera while police say they assaulted a server at the Applebee’s located at 815 Industrial Boulevard in McDonough, Georgia, south of the Atlanta metro. During the assault, the server was stabbed once by one woman and punched several times by all four women, reports say.

McDonough Police Detective T.F. Spangenberg told Fox5 Atlanta, "One suspect grabs a knife and cuts her in the arm and the other suspect punches her.”

Surveillance video of the fight reportedly shows customers trying to break up the brawl as four women attack and throw punches at the server, breaking a light and knocking over a table.

The women fled in a white Infiniti SUV after robbing the server of her tab and tip money, and causing damage to the property.

Spangenberg told the news agency that the server, 21, had $200 to $300 in there from tips and tabs she collected in cash. He said the attackers will face charges ranging from aggravated assault to robbery.

The server needed 15 stitches for an arm wound, according to FOX5 Atlanta.
