Adopt A Furry Friend For Just $10 At Paulding County Animal Control
Paulding County Animal Control is hosting its "Take Me Home for Turkey" adoption event for a few more days, offering low-cost adoptions.
PAULDING COUNTY, GA — Paulding County Animal Control is encouraging people to give its adoptable pets something extra special to be thankful for this year.
PCAC is hosting a "Take Me Home for Turkey" adoption event through Wednesday, offering just $10 adoption fees for all its adoptable fur babies. Adoptions normally cost $50.
Upon intake, PCAC staff deworms all animals and gives them the DHPP vaccine for dogs or the FVRCP vaccine for cats. Since there's no vet on staff, they cannot give the rabies vaccine (which is required to own a pet in Georgia) and cannot spay or neuter the animals. That responsibility falls on pet owners to get done.
