- A Paulding County business is saying they're the victims of check fraud, but one bank isn't letting them off the hook. According to the business owners, over the course of three months, checks had been stolen from their mailbox, washed, and deposited into different accounts. Itβs how we operate our business, and it becomes a struggle to pay bills if we donβt have that money,β Mark Verrone said. (WSB-TV)
