1. The Paulding County Library Board of Trustees has announced its next meeting. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 11 at 10:00 a.m. It will focus on upcoming library events, programs, and fundraisers throughout Paulding County. 2. Interested in learning calligraphy? Sip & Script will be holding a modern calligraphy class for beginners on Thursday, Jan. 12 at the Cotton Gin at Mill Creek in Hiram. 4. Big Dan's Car Wash has announced its fifth location in the state will be in Hiram. The newly built exterior express car wash offers a 135-foot tunnel, 25 spaces in the vacuum court, and a dedicated lane for members to get fast and efficient access to a quick scrub-down. 5. Enjoy a night out on the town with a live performance at the Dallas Theater. This season's next show is "James Gregory: The Funniest Man In America" on Jan. 8.
