Couple Arrested In Connection With Death Of Dallas Man
Two people were arrested Monday in connection with the July 2 death of Lindsey Darnell Foster at the Country Gardens Apartments in Dallas.

PAULDING COUNTY, GA — Paulding County deputies arrested a man and woman Monday in Dallas, one accused in connection with a homicide and the other accused of helping to cover it up.
Octavious Leonce Bates, 29, was charged with malice murder, aggravated assault and other felonies in connection with the death of his half brother Lindsey Darnell Foster, 31, on July 2 at the Country Gardens Apartment complex.
Paulding County deputies arrested Bates and his girlfriend, Kristen Taylor Moore, 28, without incident, according to Paulding County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Sgt. Ashley Henson. Moore was charged with hindering apprehension and tampering with evidence, both felonies.

Both Bates and Moore are being held without bond in the Paulding County Jail.
