- The co-owner of a popular Dallas market has been accused of sexual battery. Kenneth Wiggins, 56, co-owner of Harvest Time Market, has been charged with three counts of misdemeanor sexual battery and one count of felony false imprisonment after an underage employee spoke to authorities. Wiggins is accused of repeatedly touching the underage employee multiple times in an inappropriate manner. He is currently under arrest. Officials are hoping other victims will come forward. (Patch)
- It's time to light up Hiram and celebrate the start of the holiday season. On Dec. 2, the 17th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting will be celebrated throughout the Hiram community. The popular event will begin at 6:00 p.m., with the tree lighting scheduled for 8:00 p.m. There will be food, fun, and other festivities! (Press Release Desk)
